After an excellent come back last week (after way too long of an hiatus – curse you writer’s strike!), we have another all new episode of Pushing Daisies.
In tonight’s episode, Ned (Lee Pace), Chuck (Anna Friel) and Emerson (Chi McBride) go on a hunt for a missing teenage girl (guest star Hayley McFarland), which leads them into the middle of a circus that has a strangely high mortality rate. Elsewhere, Olive (Kristin Chenoweth) continues her “vow of silence” at a nunnery. The episode airs at 8pm on ABC.

I caught the episode. I’ve not seen any previous showing of it, so all I had to go by was early commericials.
It was all right, in that I didn’t change the channel while working on my computer in the same room. I didn’t dislike it. I just didn’t care enough for it from one viewing to make it a part of my must-see list.
The answers to any questions that arose seemed to be conveniently provided. No problem. It’s an hour show and you gotta keep things moving along, amid those cutsie narrations and such.
I’ll give next week a go. What the heck. It’s not like it’s Thursday night where there’s too much to look at.
