It’s November Sweeps! That means we should expect big guest stars, surprise returns, and huge events over the next month of TV!  And Smallville is no exception.

On tonight’s episode we get the Phantom Zone, the return of Laura Vandervoort as Kara (aka Supergirl), and a superpowered Lois Lane rampaging through Metropolis. The one thing I don’t think we’ll see is Smallville (hey, I’d be all for renaming the series Metropolis!).

LucasArts and BioWare are teaming up to develop Star Wars: The Old Republic, a massively multiplayer online game (MMO for short) that lets players choose to become a Jedi, Sith, or someone caught between the warring fractions. The game takes place more than 3,500 years before the rise of Darth Vader as a truce between the Sith Empire and the Republic begins to crumble apart and the events in the game lead the galaxy towards and all-out war.

The game’s official site has issued a press release with a lot more information on the game, continue reading to check it out.

We are fast approaching the release of the vampire love story adaptation, Twilight, which hits theaters on November 21st, 2008.  Based on the novel of the same name by Stephenie Meyer, the film follows a 17 year old girl, Bella (Kristen Stewart), who moves to Forks, Washington, where she falls in love with Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), a vampire with a tormented soul.

A lot of new photos from Twilight have been released. Click to enlarge.

Twilight is the first part of a four book series, followed by New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn. Production has already begun on New Moon.

Tonight at 8pm on The CW is an all new episode of “90210”.  I’ve been hearing rumors that tonight’s episode is chock full of goodies and tidbits from the original series.

The CW’s official description of tonight’s episode, subtitled Model Behavior; “Annie attends a fashion show her mom is photographing, where she’s approached by a film producer who offers her and Adrianna an audition. Meanwhile, Naomi tries to reunite her parents; and Kelly is contacted by an old pal who has her second-guessing her relationship with Ryan.”

Could the old pal be Dylan, the father of her son?
