So, you don’t get AMC on your television? Sadly, the home of such shows as Mad Men and Rubicon doesn’t air their episodes online… that is until now (and just this once). AMC’s has posted the pilot episode for its newest show The Walking Dead (based on the best ongoing comic currently on the market) online!
The series follows a Sheriff’s deputy, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) who is injured in the line of duty and is put into a coma. When he wakes up, he finds that the world has been overrun by zombies and his family is missing. That is all that I’m going to say, the series is really good. If you have AMC and just missed that episode, than you should watch it online. If you don’t get AMC I feel your pain, but watch the pilot online and then find a friend that gets AMC. You have to know someone that gets it. Anyhow, you can watch the pilot episode here. The episode will be available online until 9pm pst on November 23rd, 2010. Also, you can head over here to check out the first volume of the graphic novel adapted into a motion comic. I have no idea how they do this, but it is truly outstanding.
