I love the endless possibilities of webTV. We've seen webshows across the board, ones that mimic narrative television shows (sitcoms, dramas, sci-fi, etc), reality programming, talk shows, how to advice shows, and so much more. From the above graphic you might have guessed that today we'll be talking about a new show, Dr. Jim and Bob's Fun & Helpful Health Advice, presented by Blue Shield of California. We can't be surprised that a California health company is putting out a fun health Q&A style webshow.

Dr. Jim and Bob are literally talking (and floating) heads that have a witty banter between each other while providing the audience with informative information about whatever their aliment is. They have different videos from everything from constipation and diarrhea, to cold sores, snoring and insomnia. Not only do they make videos to help people answer questions about their health, but Dr. Jim and Bob actively search the internet to find people with questions and then make videos to answer those questions.

Since My Hollywood Dream is (you guessed it) Hollywood based, we deal with getting Sunburn more often than I'd like to admit. What advice do Dr. Jim and Bob have for us?

As you can see, the videos are short and enjoyable. The company behind the webseries is Blue Shield of California, a not for profit company that offers access to health care plans that are affordable and include a vast array of doctors and even alternative care (in Hollywood even needs a chiropractor and a great acupuncture person). Check out Ask Dr. Jim and Bob and then follow them to their Facebook page where you can like them and stay up to date on their new videos.
